The Founder of the Therapeutic Riding Program at First Impression Farm

"I shall pass this way but once, therefore any good that I can do for any challenged child or adult let me do it now, for I shall not pass this way again."

I have always lived by this philosophy because my sister was never out of a wheel chair. She lived before the advent of Hippo therapy, which was developed too late for her.

For the last twenty-five years I have been involved with horses: breeding, judging, training and instructing.

Twenty years ago, I bought my own stable. This gave me the opportunity and the funds to start working with the physically and mentally challenged. I have since earned a Masters Degree in Therapeutic riding, and am currently instructing approximately fifty-five students a week.

In order to realize my dream, which has become my life's passion, I need additional funding.
This will enable me to build the finest state-of-the-art Therapeutic Riding Academy in the United States. It will be model for others to follow. This facility will service about two hundred and fifty people a week.

This is an opportunity for caring about people to make a difference. Please help me to bring hope and dignity to others.

Someday when they write my epitaph, I hope it will begin with, "This is not about a man who died, but a man who lived. This is about a man who taught others to live."
